The IQA Sample List displays any IQA Evidence Samples that have been set up. To access the list, select Learners > IQA from the side menu and go to the Samples tab.

For each sample, the following details are shown:

• Title

• Owner – Selecting this will take you to the corresponding Officer Summary.

• Files in sample

• Checked – This shows the proportion of files in the sample that have been checked.

• Closed date

Filtering the Sample List

The options to search the list by Status and filter by Number of Records are available from above the list. Once you have made your choice, press Enter or select the Search icon to run the search and apply your filters.

Exporting the Sample List

Selecting More shows an option to Export to Excel. Selecting this will generate an Excel Spreadsheet containing the details currently displayed in the list.

Sample Actions

Selecting the … icon by a sample will display the following options:

• Summary – This will take you to the IQA Sample Summary. Here you can view the different items of evidence that make up the sample.

• Edit – This will open a window where you can Edit the IQA Sample.
