Selecting … > Summary by a sample in the Sample List will open the IQA sample summary. This page shows sample details and which Evidence items make up the sample.

Sample Details

The following details are shown for the sample:

• Title

• Owner – Selecting this will take you to the corresponding Officer Summary.

• Created date

• Training Adviser – Selecting this will take you to the corresponding Officer Summary.

• Linked Plan – If an IQA Plan is linked to the sample, it will be shown here. If not, a button to Create a New Plan will be shown.

Items

The Items tab shows every Evidence File that makes up the sample. For each item, the following details are shown:

• Learner – Selecting this will take you to the corresponding Learner Summary.

• Evidence name

• Checked date

Filtering the Item List

The options to search the list by Status and filter by Number of Records are available from above the list. Once you have made your choice, press Enter or select the Search icon to run the search and apply your filters.

Exporting the Item List

Selecting More shows an option to Export to Excel. Selecting this will generate an Excel Spreadsheet containing the details currently displayed in the list.

Item Actions

Selecting Add Items will open a window where you can Add Items to the Sample.

Selecting the … icon by an item will show the following options:

• View Evidence – This will take you to the corresponding Evidence Summary. This is where you can Check the Evidence.

• Delete – This will remove the item from the sample. You will be prompted to confirm before the item is deleted.
