This section is only available if you are licensed to use PICSWeb Portfolio and have the View IQA Interactions User Permission set.

IQA Plans allow you to link a plan of IQA items to a learner and officer.

Selecting Learners > IQA from the side menu and going to the Plans tab will open the IQA Plan List, where you can view any plans that have been created.
