Moving from eAssessor to PICSWeb Portfolio

PICSWeb Portfolio is an improved alternative to the old eAssessor web app. This page is regularly updated with some of the most important differences between the two systems. We recommend that you refer to this page when making the move from eAssessor to PICSWeb Portfolio.

  • The Officer list in the Caseload page - whereas in eAssessor the officers available here were based on your officer user permissions, in PICSWeb only officers who have your linked officer record set as their Superior will be available.

  • Rather than an organisation-wide login, PICSWeb will only support logins for individual Contacts at an organisation.

  • The Assessment Status field is now used for a whole piece of evidence rather than individual evidence links.
