  • Address 1 to 5 – Your organisation's address details.
  • Postcode – Your organisation's postcode.
  • UKPRN – Your organisation's UKPRN.

If you do not know your organisation's UKPRN, please consult https://www.ukrlp.co.uk. All training providers should have a UKPRN, but in the event that you can't find yours, please enter 99999999.
