Logging in to the Implementation form

You should only attempt to login to an Implementation link which has been sent to you by Pellcomp. If you are sent multiple links, each one will be for a different task. You should not attempt to manually modify any URLs with which you have been provided, as this will likely cause your account to be locked.

To log in to the form:

1. Click the link to open the Implementation form, which takes you to the login page.

2. Here you will need to enter the username and password which was supplied by Pellcomp. The PIN field is set by your organisation on first login to the Implementation form. This should be something memorable, as it will be required for all future access to Implementation form links which may be sent to you. The PIN can be reset by Pellcomp if required but we will never see the PIN number.
