If you are going to be a hosted user, this page is used to collect information about your hosting setup and user accounts. This page is made up of the two parts described below.

Hosting Setup Details

Here you can enter the details of each hosted user you want to set up in the Required Users section. When you have entered the necessary details, select Add to save the user to the Entered Users list. You can add as many users as you like to the list.

The following details can be entered:

• Firstname – The user's first name. This is a required field.
• Surname – The user's surname. This is a required field.
• Email – The user's email address. This is a required field.
• Supervisor – Tick this box if the user should have supervisor permissions for your hosted setup.

You can use the Selection tickboxes in the list to select multiple user. The Delete Selected button can then be used to delete any users you have ticked.

Preferred User Principal Name (UPN)

The UPN field in this section gives you an opportunity to suggest your preferred user login UPN. In the above example, your company name would probably be Test, so you would probably  also want your UPN to be Test. This would then give the above user a login to our hosted servers as SomeOne@test.local.
