Adding New Links

While most records will have to be linked to an evidence file by linking the file from their own record summary, it is possible to link Achievements and Target Scope items to the evidence file from the evidence summary.

To do this, select Edit Links. The window that opens is made up of two tabs:

In each tab, you can use the tickboxes in the Selected column to choose items to link to the evidence file.

Once you have made your choices, select Save to add the new links or Cancel to discard them.

Editing Links

Selecting the icon by an evidence link will give you the option to Edit it. This will open a window where you can edit the following details:

  • Score – This is used to calculate whether the required amount of evidence has been reached for an item in the Gap Analysis tab.

  • Assessment Status

  • IQA Status

  • EQA Status

...

Once you have made your changes, select Save to confirm them or Cancel to discard them.

Deleting Links

Selecting the icon by a link will give you the option to Delete it. This will remove the evidence link from the specified data location rather than delete the actual evidence file. You will be prompted to confirm before the link is removed.
