The Linked To section tab in the Evidence Summary displays any other records or data that have the same evidence file linked. The evidence file For each link, the following details are shown:

Selecting the … icon by a link will give you the option to Delete it. This will remove the evidence link from the specified data location rather than delete the actual evidence file. You will be prompted to confirm before the link is removed.
Filtering the Link List
The options to filter by Number of Records Displayed are available above the list. Once you have entered the necessary details, press Enter or select the Search icon to apply your filters.

Exporting the Link List
Selecting More shows an option to Export to Excel. Selecting this will generate an Excel Spreadsheet containing the details currently displayed in the list.
Link Actions
