Accessing Messages (Implementation Portal)

Messages can be accessed either via the Messages button on your Home Dashboard, or via the Messages button on the side menu.

If you have more than one active project with us, messages will be split into different tabs for each project (however, this will be very rare).

If you have got more than one project with us, you can select which project messages you want to read or add to using the appropriate project tab.
