You can use PICSWeb to set up relationships between your Applicant, Officer and Organisation records. Relationships can then be viewed in the corresponding record summaries.

Bear in mind that relationships only work in one direction, and each relationship type is limited to a specific From record and To record. For example, a relationship type that is created from an officer to an applicant would not be available to create from an applicant to an officer.
