Once you have Created an IQA Sample, you can start adding Evidence Items to be checked. To do this, go to the Sample Summary and select Add Items.
This will open a window showing a list of all the evidence items that match the criteria you set up when creating the sample. For each evidence item, the following details are shown:
Learner name
Evidence title
Added date
You can search this list by Learner and Evidence Title and use the drop-down menu to control how many results are shown per page.
To add items, use the tickboxes at the left-hand side of the list to choose the necessary items and select Add Selected. The items will then be added to the Items tab in the Sample Summary.
You can then begin Completing the Sample by selecting … > Summary by each item, which will take you to the Evidence Summary. There you can check the item.
