Once you have Created an IQA Sample, you can start adding Evidence Items to be checked. To do this, go to the Sample Summary and select Add Items.

You can then begin Completing the Sample by selecting … > SummaryView Evidence by each item, which will take you to the Evidence Summary. There you can check the item.
