Learner Details
The following details for the learner are shown at the left-hand side of the summary displays the following component details:
Title
Stage – This indicates whether the component makes up the Learning, Gateway or End Point Assessment (EPA) sections of the delivery model.
Type
Relevant dates
Depending on the component Type, a tab will be displayed with relevant information and links.
Component Resources
All component types will show a Resources tab which displays any files or links that have been attached to the component. You can filter the resources displayed by Title search or limiting the Number of Records Displayed.

Selecting a resource icon will open the Resource Details window. This will display a link to the file download or URL, as well as a preview, depending on the resource type.

Display Picture – Selecting this will open your file browser, where you can search for a new picture if necessary.
Full Name
Email Address – Selecting this will open a new email to the learner in your web email server.
Risk Band – This indicates the level of risk associated with the learner, ranging from green (low-risk) to yellow (medium-risk) and red (high-risk). A grey dot means that no risk level has been set.
Workflow – If the learner has been attached to a Workflow, the current status will be shown here. You can select this to change the status. If no workflow has been added, a button to Select Workflow will be shown.
Tags – Any Tags that have been added to the learner will be shown here. You can select the X within a tag to remove it, or select the + icon to add new tags.
Component Details
The section underneath the learner details displays the following details for the component:
Type
Stage – This indicates whether the component is part of the Learning, Gateway, or End Point Assessment stage.
Title
Start date
Due date
Other Details
The two tabs in the component summary show the following details:
Component Details – The details here will depend on the Type of component. This is also where you can Create the Corresponding Record in the learner delivery plan based on the component.
Resources – This tab contains any Resources that have been attached to the component in PICSWeb configuration.
