The Contact and Learning Hours tab in the Learner Delivery Plan shows any contact hours that have been recorded for the learner.

The top of the tab shows the Total ContactTotal Off the Job and Average Weekly Off the Job hours for the programme so far.

Underneath, a list shows each record of contact hours being recorded. For each record, the following details are shown:

Filtering the Contact and Learning Hours List

The option to filter the hours list by Number of Records is available from above the list. Once you have entered the necessary details, press Enter or select the Search icon to run the search and apply your filters.

Along with this, the following additional fields can be added by selecting More. Selecting a field will add it to the top bar, where it works like the filter explained above.

Exporting the Contact and Learning Hours List

Selecting More also shows an option to Export to Excel. Selecting this will generate an Excel Spreadsheet containing the details currently displayed in the list.

Recording Contact and Learning Hours

Selecting Add Learning and Contact Hours in the hours tab will open a window where you can enter the following details for the record:

Once you have entered the necessary details, select Save to record the hours or Cancel to discard them.

Editing Contact and Learning Hours

Selecting ... > Edit by a record in the list will open a window where you can edit the following details:
