The Placements tab in the Learner Summary shows any Organisations that have been set as a placement for the learner. For each placement, the following details are shown:

This tab will also show any ILR Employer that has been recorded for the learner. This placement is exported in the ILR and can be managed from the Employment Status tab in the ILR Summary.

Filtering the Placement List

The option to filter the placement list by Number of Records is available from above the list. Once you have entered the necessary details, press Enter or select the Search icon to run the search and apply your filters.

Along with these, the following additional filters can be added by selecting More. Selecting a field will add it to the top bar, where it works like the filter explained above.

Exporting the Placement List

Selecting More also shows an option to Export to Excel. Selecting this will generate an Excel Spreadsheet containing the details currently displayed in the list.

Creating a Placement

Selecting Create Placement in the placements tab will open a window where you can link a new organisation to the learner as a placement. This process is made up of two steps:

1. Choose the Placement Type from the drop-down menu. Select Next to continue.

2. Choose the Organisation from the drop-down menu, where a Search bar is available, then enter the Start and Expected End dates. Select Save to add the placement or Cancel to discard it.

Selecting ... > Edit by a placement in the list will open a window where you can edit the following details:
