The Functional Skills Assessments tab in the Learner Summary displays details for the the First, Most Recent and Final assessments undertaken by the learner in the following functional skills areas:

• English

• Maths

• ICT

• English to Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL)

For each assessment, the following details are shown:

• Type

• Stage

• Level

• Assessment Date

• Result

Editing Assessments

Selecting … > Edit by an assessment in the list will open a window where you can edit the following details:

• Level

• Date – Selecting this field will open a calendar date selector.

• Result

Once you have made any changes, select Save to confirm them.

Clearing Assessment Information

Selecting … > Delete by an assessment will reset the Level to Not Specified and clear the Date and Result fields for the assessment. The item will still be available to Edit in the list.
