The Target Scans tab in the Applicant Summary shows the results of any target scans taken during the applicants journey. Target scans allow either the Learner (Applicant), Assessor or Employer to measure their progress in the Scope Items.

For each scan, the following details are shown:

  • Title

  • Status

  • Due date

  • Done date

Filtering the Scan List

The options to search the scan list by Title and by Number of Records are available from above the list. Once you have made your choices, press Enter or select the Search icon to run the search and apply your filters.

Exporting the Scan List

Selecting More shows an option to Export to Excel. Selecting this will generate an Excel Spreadsheet containing the details currently displayed in the list.

Target Scan Actions

Selecting the Add Scan button will open a window where you can Create a New Target Scan.

Selecting the icon by a scan in the list will show the following options:
