Selecting the ... icon next to a Survey and selecting Summary will open the Survey Summary page. The following details will be shown for the survey:

  • ID Code

  • Title

  • Allow Multiple Completions – This shows whether an individual record can complete the survey multiple times.

  • Survey For – This shows the types of record that the survey can be sent to (either Learner, Applicant or Officer/Contact).

  • Status – This shows whether the survey is Live or Dormant.

Selecting Edit will open a window where you can Edit the Survey. Selecting Edit Questions will take you to a page where you can Add Questions to the Survey.

The summary is divided into three tabs which display the following information:

  • Preview – In this tab you can view a preview of the survey and Add Questions.

  • Automations – In this tab you can set up automations for sending out surveys and reminder emails.

  • Recipients and Responses – In this tab you can view any recipients and responses recorded for the survey.
