Selecting Create from the Qualification List will open a window where you can enter the VQ Reference and Title for the new qualification. You will not be able to create a qualification with a VQ Reference that is already in use.
Once you have finished, select Save to add the qualification or Cancel to discard it. Further details can be added by Editing the Qualification.
