Selecting the ... icon next to a Workflow and selecting Summary will open the Workflow Summary page. The following details will be shown for the workflow:

  • ID Code

  • Type – This indicates the type of record that can be linked to the workflow.

  • Title

Selecting Edit will open a window where you can Edit the Survey. Selecting Edit Questions will take you to a page where you can Add Questions to the Survey.

The summary is divided into three tabs which display the following information:

  • Preview – In this tab you can view a preview of the survey and Add Questions.

  • Automations – In this tab you can set up automations for sending out surveys and reminder emails.

  • Recipients and Responses – In this tab you can view any recipients and responses recorded for the survey.

  • No labels
