This guidance is for Learner Accounts in PICSWeb.

Selecting … > Summary by a Review will open the summary page for that review.

The following details for the review are shown in the details box:

  • Type

  • Proposed date

  • Attended value and date

  • Reviewer

  • Progress at Previous Review – Selecting the eye icon will take you to the review summary for your previous review.

  • Progress for this Review

  • Progress Change Since Previous Review

  • Learner Signed Status – If a signature has been requested for you for this review, you can see here whether you have signed off on it yet.

The rest of the information is divided into the four tabs explained below.

Notes

This tab shows all the notes that were recorded during the review, divided into categories.

Actions

This tab shows all the Review Actions that have been agreed on as a result of the review.

For each action in the list, the following details are shown:

  • By – This is who has agreed to do the action.

  • Officer – This is the member of staff you have decided the action with.

  • Type

  • Action

  • Due date

  • Done date – If the action has not yet been completed, this column will be back.

  • Score

Filtering the Action List

The following options are available to control what information is shown in the tab. Once you have made any changes, select the Search icon to refresh the list.

  • Action/Notes – Here you can search for a specific action by the Action description or any additional Notes.

  • 100 Records – This drop-down menu allows you to choose how many actions are displayed in the page.

The More option shows the following additional filters:

  • By

  • Type

  • Officer

Exporting the Action List

If you want to save a copy of this list, select More > Export to Excel to save a spreadsheet version of the list to your device.

Files

The Files tab shows any files that have been uploaded against the review.

For each file in the list, the following details are shown:

  • Filename

  • Description

  • Created date and time

  • Download – Select this to save a copy of the file to your device.

Filtering the File List

The following options are available to control what information is shown in the tab. Once you have made any changes, select the Search icon to refresh the list.

  • Description/Filename – Here you can search for a file with a specific Description or Filename.

  • 100 Records – This drop-down menu allows you to choose how many files are displayed in the page.

Exporting the File List

If you want to save a copy of this list, select More > Export to Excel to save a spreadsheet version of the list to your device.

Signatures

This tab shows any signatures that have been requested or completed for the review. If an hourglass icon is by your signature in the Completed column, you can select … > Preview to Provide a Signature.

For each signature, the following details are shown:

  • User

  • Requested date and time

  • Completed

If you want to save a copy of this list, select More > Export to Excel to save a spreadsheet version of the list to your device.
