The Other Episodes tab in the the Learner Summary shows  shows any other episodes of learning that the learner has been placed on. For each episode, the following details are shown:

• Learner Name

• Programme Type

• Learner Reference Number (LRN)

• Qualification Plan

• Main Aim

• Start date

• End date

Filtering the Episode List

The option to Search by name and filter by by Number of Records is  is available from above the episode list. Once you have entered the necessary details, press press Enter or select  or select the Image RemovedSearch icon to run the search and apply your filters.

Exporting the Episode List

Selecting Selecting More shows an option to Export to Excel. Selecting this will generate an Excel Spreadsheet containing the details currently displayed in the list.

The following options are available from the Episode Actions button:

• Create Episode – This will open a New Learner window, with the current learner details added by default, for the new episode of learning. This process is explained in Creating a New Episode for a Learner. 

• Sign Up New Episode in FCA – This will open a window where you can generate a new /wiki/spaces/POH/pages/112623782 to capture the details of the new episode.

• Sign Up New Episode in Web Forms – This will open a window where you can generate a new Web Form to capture the details of the new episode.
