If a learner is on an Apprenticeship Standard programme, the Total Negotiated Prices tab in their Learner ILR Summary will show the Total Negotiated Prices (TNPs) applicable to the learner's programme. For each TNP, the following details are shown:

• Code

• Effective Date

• Amount

Filtering the TNP List

The option to filter the TNP list by Number of Records is available from above the list. Once you have entered the necessary details, press Enter or select the Search icon to run the search and apply your filters.

Along with this, an additional field to filter by Date Range can be added by selecting More > Type. Selecting this field will add it to the top bar, where it works like the filter explained above. 

Exporting the TNP List

Selecting More shows an option to Export to Excel. Selecting this will generate an Excel Spreadsheet containing the details currently displayed in the list.
