The PICS Episode End tab in the Learner ILR Summary shows various details relating to the end of the learner's episode of learning in PICSWeb. If the learner is still In Learning or on a Break in Learning, this tab will not be available. Instead, a button with the option to manually End the Learner's Programme will be available.Image Removed

If the learner has ended, the following details are available, but will only appear in the tab if information has been recorded for them:

• Actual End date
• End Type
• Provider End Code
• Provider Destination

Editing Episode End Information

Selecting Edit will  will open a window where you can edit the following details:

• Actual End date – Selecting this field will open a calendar date selector.

• End Type

• Provider End Code

• Provider Destination

• Achieved Target

• Apprenticeship Achieved Date – Selecting this field will open a calendar date selector.

Once you have finished, select Save to  to confirm your changes or Cancel to  to discard them.
