The Evidence tab in the Learner Delivery Plan lists any evidence items that have been uploaded in support of the learner's programme. For each evidence item, the following details are shown:

• Title

• Added Date – If the file has not been uploaded yet, this will show the Due Date instead.

• Uploaded By

• Assessment Status – If you are using PICSWeb Portfolio, this column shows whether the evidence has been Assessed yet.

• Learner Signed – If you are using PICSWeb Portfolio, this column shows whether the evidence has been Signed by the learner yet.

• Download – Select this to save a copy of the evidence file.

Filtering the Evidence List

The options to search by evidence Title and filter by Number of Records Displayed are available above the list. Once you have entered the necessary details, press Enter or select the Search icon to run the search and apply your filters.
