Selecting Form Capture from Forms > Forms from the side menu will open the Form List page. This page displays a list of WebForm instances and indicates their progress from being sent out to submitted. For each form, the following details are shown:

  • Title

  • Form Owner – This is the PICSWeb User responsible for the form.

  • Form Type – This is the custom form template on which the form is based. Form types are maintained in WebForms Configuration.

  • Last Modified data and time

  • Status

  • Remote Signature Summary – If you have sent the form out for /wiki/spaces/POH/pages/541622340, the number of signatures collected and the number required will be shown here.

The following searching and filtering options are available by default above the list. Once you have entered the necessary details, press Enter or select the  icon to run the search and apply your filters.

  • Sort By – Here you can use the drop-down menu to choose how the list is ordered.

  • Search – Here you can search by form Title and ID.

  • Status

  • Modified Status - Here you can filter down to forms modified within a given time period. This defaults to forms modified in the last 7 days.

  • Remote Signature Status

  • Number of records – Here you can use the drop-down menu to choose how many results are displayed per page.
