If you want to be notified when the status of your hosting platform service has changed, it is possible to subscribe to status updates. To do this:
1. Log in to your Hosting portal and select the status from the bottom left-hand corner.
2. From this pageWe run a live status page for both the Skills and DWP hosting portals, where you can check if there are any issues with the hosting service. This page is found at https://pellcomphosting.statuspage.io/.
The banner at the top of the page indicates the current overall status. You can select the + icons by either Skills Hosting or DWP Hosting for further details on each hosting service. A Past Incidents log is also available underneath the current status to view any past issues.
Subscribing to Status Updates
We recommend that you subscribe to status updates from this page so that you will be informed as soon as there are any issues with the hosting service. To do this, select Subscribe to Updates.
3. Enter the email address that you would like to receive hosting updates and select Subscribe Via Email.
4. You should receive an email to this address from noreply@statuspage.io. In this message, select Confirm Subscription.
You will now be sent an email when your Hosting status changesIn the window that opens, tabs are available to set up a subscription through Email, Slack, Atom or RSS feed. Once you have set this up, you will receive a message whenever an incident is Created, Updated or Resolved.
