Selecting a course Title in the Course List or the ... icon next to a course and selecting Summary or will open the Course Summary page. The name of the course will be temporarily added to the side menu, meaning that you can quickly return to the record if you navigate away from it.
The following details are shown for the course:
Title
Tags –
Any Any Tags
that that have been added to the course will be shown here. You can select the X
within within a tag to remove it, or select the +
icon icon to add new tags.
Course Type – Course Types are maintained in the Configuration section.
Type – This will be either Fixed Start Date or Roll-On Roll-Off.
Status – This will be either Live or Dormant.
Start date
End date
Seats – This indicates how many places are available in total. Selecting the icon will open a graph displaying how many places have been filled through time.

The remaining details for the course are divided into three tabs: Sessions, Enrolments, and Files.
Sessions
The Sessions tab lists all individual Sessions that make up the Course. An overall list for sessions linked to all courses can be found in the Session List accessed from the side menu. For each session, the following details are shown:
Date
Day of the Week
Time
Tutor
Room – Selecting this will take you to the corresponding Room Summary page.
Number of Files Attached – Selecting the
icon will take you to the Files section of the Session Summary, where you can download any files as necessary.
Flag – If the session has been flagged for any reason, this will be shown here. Session flags are maintained in the Session Flag Configuration page.

Filtering the Session List
The following searching and filtering options are available by default above the list. Once you have entered the necessary details, press press Enter or select or select the icon to run the search and apply your filters.
Sort By – Here you can use the drop-down menu to choose how the list is ordered.
Quick Session Dates – These options filter by the date of the session, meaning that you can, for example, choose all sessions
occurringoccurring Today.
Starts From date
Ends Before date
Number of sessions displayed
Along with these, additional fields can be added by selecting More. Choosing a field will add it to the top bar, where it works like the filters explained above. The following fields are available:

The following actions are available from the sessions tab:
Create Session – This will open the New Session window.
Summary – Selecting ... > Summary by a session in the list will open the corresponding Session Summary page.
Attendance – Selecting ... > Edit Attendance by a session in the list will open the corresponding Edit Attendance window.
Edit Session – Selecting ... > Edit Session by a session in the list will open the Edit Session window.
Copy Forward – Selecting ... > Copy Forwards by a session in the list will open the Copy Session Forward window.
Delete – Selecting ... > Delete will remove the session. You will be prompted to confirm before the session is deleted.
Bulk Update – If you have ticked any sessions in the list, the Update All option will be available. Selecting this will open the Bulk Edit Session window.
Bulk Delete – If you have ticked any sessions in the list, the Update All option will be available. Selecting this will delete all ticked sessions. You will be prompted to confirm before the sessions are deleted.
Enrolments
This tab displays all the learners who have been enrolled onto the course. For each enrolment in the list, the following details are shown:
Record name
Enrolment Date
Start Date
End Date
Status

Sort By – Here you can use the drop-down menu to choose how the list is ordered.
Quick Enrolment Dates – These options filter by the overall date span of the enrolment, meaning that you can, for example, choose all Current enrolments.

Selecting Create Enrolment will open the Batch Enrol window. Along with this, selecting the ... icon by an enrolment will show the following options:
Edit Enrolment – This will open the Edit Enrolment window.
Edit Attendance – This will open an Attendance Recording window where you can record attendance for every session for the enrolment.
Delete – You will be asked to confirm that you want to delete the enrolment record. Select Yes to confirm.

This tab displays any files attached to the course. For each file, the following details are shown:

Created date and time
Last Modified date and time

Exporting the Files List
Selecting More also shows an option to Export to Excel. Selecting this will generate an Excel Spreadsheet containing the details currently displayed in the list.

Selecting Add File will open the Add File window. Here you can enter the Description for your file attachment, and either drag and drop a file into the box or select it to browse for the file. Once you are finished, select Save to finish.

File Actions
Selecting the ... icon by a file will show the following options:
Download
Edit – This will open a window where you can edit the Description for the file. When you have made your changes, select Save to finish.
Delete – This will remove the file attachment. You will be prompted to confirm before the attachment is deleted.

Exporting Course Attendance
You can also export Attendance data for all Sessions that make up the Course from this page. To do this, select Actions > Export Course Attendance from the top-right corner of the page.

This will generate an Excel spreadsheet listing each Enrolment for the Course and their attendance for each session.
