Recent Records

The links in this section show the different records that you have accessed recently in PICSWeb.

Workspace

The pages in this section relate to administrative features for your user account and linked officer record.

• Home – Selecting this will take you to

  the PICSWeb Home Screen. This is the page you will be taken to

  after Logging In.

• Calendar – Selecting this will take you to

  the 

  the PICSWeb Calendar. This page displays appointments linked to yours and other officer records.

• Tasks – Selecting this will take you to

  the 

  the PICSWeb Tasks Page. You can use this page to schedule and track tasks.

• Communications – Selecting this will take you to

  the 

  the PICSWeb Communications Page. You can use this page to log your emails and calls.

• Month End – Selecting this will display a link to the PICSWeb ILR Exporter. You can use this page to produce monthly ILR export files.

• Reports – Selecting this will take you to

  the 

  the Report Downloads Page. You can use this page to view any generated Reports.

Sections

The pages in this section cover the various data tables stored in PICSWeb.
