The Traineeship Programme timely achievement rates are calculated using the standard Timely methodology and include programme aims where the Planned End date is before the end of the PICSWeb Report period.

Calculation Summaries

Traineeship programme aim year cohorts

A. Overall achievement cohort

  1. Programme aim has programme type = 24

  2. And actual end date (AED) is not blank.

  3. And the programme aim hybrid end date is in the year being reported
    And that date is <= the end of the selected report date.

B. Timely achievement cohort

Not normally used for Traineeships

  1. Programme aim has programme type = 24.

  2. And planned end date (PED) is in the year reported
    And is before the end of the PICSWeb report period.
