Apprenticeship Programme Achievement Rates are limited to programme aims (Aim Type = 1) with the following programme types:

A. Overall achievement cohort

  1. Programme aim has programme type = 02, 03, 10, 20-23, 25 (&Fund Model=81)

  2. Programme aim And aim Completion Status is not=1

  3. And actual end date (AED) is not blank and is >=01/08/2019.

  4. And the programme aim hybrid end date is in the year being reported
    And that date is <= the report end of the selected report date.

B. Timely achievement cohort

Note this measure is not Not normally used for FM36 Apprenticeships

  1. Programme aim has programme type = 02, 03, 10, 20-23.(note that prog type 25 Standards (inc Trailblazers) is not included).

  2. The programme aim And the planned end date (PED) is in the year reported
    And that date is before <= the report end of the PICSWeb report perioddate.

Outcome status = 1;

And (for Timely Success only) the AED is <= 90 days after the PED.

Maximum Overall achievement. All additional programme aims in the extended cohort are counted as achievers.

Minimum Overall achievement. No additional programme aims in the extended cohort are counted as achievers.
