Apprenticeship programme aim year cohorts

A. Overall achievement cohort

  1. Programme aim has programme type = 02, 03, 10, 25 (&Fund Model=81)

  2. Programme aim actual end date (AED) is not blank.
    And the programme aim hybrid end date is in the year being reported
    And that date is <= the end of the selected report date.

B. Timely achievement cohort

Note this measure is not normally used for FM36 Apprenticeships

  1. Programme aim has programme type = 02, 03, 10.
    (note that prog type 25 Standards (inc Trailblazers) is not included).

  2. The programme aim planned end date (PED) is in the year reported
    And is before the end of the PICSWeb report period.

Programme aims in Cohort where:

Programme aim outcome Outcome status = 1;

And (for Timely Success only) the programme aim end date AED is <= 90 days ' after the programme PED.

Maximum Overall achievement. All additional programme aims in the extended cohort (see above ) are counted as achievers.

Minimum Overall achievement. No additional programme aims in the extended cohort are counted as achievers.
