Either selecting ... > Edit by a room in the Room List, or selecting Actions > Edit from the top-right corner of the Room Summary, will open the Edit Room window. This window contains the following fields to edit:
- Room Code
- Name
- Number of Seats
- Site – Selecting this field will open a drop-down menu containing the /wiki/spaces/POH/pages/276451479 you have set up in PICS basedata. You can search this list using the field at the top.
- Status – This can be either Live or Dormant.
Once you have made your changes, select Save to apply them and return to the previous page.
