Accessing Data Collection Forms (Implementation Portal)

When you have a data collection form that we require you to complete, you will be able to access them either via the Data Collection Forms button on your Home Dashboard or via the Forms button on the side menu.

Forms that are ready for you to complete will be available in the Active tab.
