Creating a New Contact Type in PICSWeb Configuration

Selecting Create in the Contact Type List will open a window where you can enter the following details:

  • Code – You will not be able to enter a code that is already used by an existing contact type.
  • Description

Once you have entered the necessary details, select Save to add the new contact type or Cancel to discard it.
