Editing Contact Types in PICSWeb Configuration

Selecting ... > Edit by a type in the Contact Type List will open a window where you can edit the following details. Once you have made your changes, select Save to confirm them or Cancel to discard them.

  • Description
  • Status – This indicates whether the type is Live or Dormant. Only Live contact types can be applied to contact data.
