Selecting the ... icon next to a Form in the WebForm List and selecting Summary will open the Form Summary page for the WebForm instance.
The summary page contains the following details for the form:
Title
Status – You can use the drop-down menu here to change the status of the form.
Form Type – Form types are maintained in WebForms Configuration.
Created Date and Time
Form Owner
Remote Signature Summary – This shows the Total number of signatures required, the number that have been Sent, and the number that have been Completed.
Reassign Form – If the form has not yet been Submitted, select this to reassign the form to a different Officer.
Signed Form – If the form has been Submitted, here you can Download the signed form as a PDF.
