The Downloads tab in the PICSWeb Reports page shows a list with any completed reports that are ready for you to download.

Navigating the Downloads List

The list in the Downloads tab displays recent reports generated in PICSWeb. For each report in the list, the following details are shown:

• Name

Filtering the List

The options to Search by filename and filter by Status and Number of Records are available above the list. Once you have applied any filters, press Enter or select the  icon to run the search and apply your filters.

Exporting the List

Selecting More shows an option to Export to Excel. Selecting this will generate an Excel Spreadsheet containing the details currently displayed in the list. Note that this will just contain the details outlined above and no funding information.

ILR Exporter Actions

Selecting Create from the top of the list will open a window where you can Create a New ILR Export. Along with this, selecting the ... icon by an export in the list will show the option to Delete the export file. You will be prompted to confirm before the export is deleted.
