The Recent Activity tab in the Officer Summary shows changes made to the record within the chosen date range. Where applicable, a link to relevant attachments or records will be available in the change log.

The following date ranges are available:

  • Today
  • Last Week
  • Last Month
  • Last 3 Months
  • Last 6 Months
  • Last Year

Viewing Full Change Logs

A more detailed view can be shown by selecting View Full Change Logs. This list shows every change that has been made by users to data fields within the officer record. For each change, the following details are shown:

  • Change Date
  • Changed By – Selecting this will take you to the corresponding User Summary.
  • Change Type
  • Table Name
  • Field Name
  • Old Value
  • New Value
  • Additional Key

Filtering the Change List

The following searching and filtering options are available by default above the list. Once you have entered the necessary details, press Enter or select the Image Added icon to run the search and apply your filters.

  • Table name
  • Field Name

Along with this, the following additional fields can be added by selecting More. Selecting a field will add it to the top bar, where it works like the filter explained above.

  • Change Date
  • Old Value
  • New Value

Exporting the Change List

Selecting More also shows an option to Export to Excel. Selecting this will generate an Excel Spreadsheet containing the changes currently displayed in the list.
