Either selecting selecting ... > Edit by by a room in the the Room List, or selecting Edit from from the top-right corner of the the Room Summary, will open the Edit Room window. This window contains the following fields to edit:
Room Code
Name
Number of Seats
Site – Selecting this field will open a drop-down menu containing the /wiki/spaces/POH/pages/276451479 you have set up in PICS basedata. You can search this list using the field at the top.
Status – This can be either Live or Dormant.

Once you have made your changes, select Save to to apply them and return to the previous page.
