Resetting 2FA for an Individual User

If a user has become locked out of their PICSWeb PICS account due to 2FA, you can manually reset their 2FA from their User Summary.

Disabling 2FA

You can disable 2FA for your own account from the User Profile. To do this, go to the Two Factor Authentication section and select Disable Authenticator. This will deactivate any authenticator application you are currently using.
