Exporting the Signature List
Selecting More shows an option to Export to Excel. Selecting this will generate an Excel Spreadsheet containing the details currently displayed in the list.
Editing Signature Requirements
Selecting Edit will open a window showing all the users that are linked to the evidence file. This will include the learner the evidence was uploaded against and the Officer named in the Evidence Edit Window.

Selecting the … icon by a signature will give you the option to open the Signature Preview. Here you can view additional signature details and Complete the Signature.
