If a qualification has multiple pathways Pathways set within Onefile you’ll , you will be prompted to choose which pathway is appropriate using the drop-down menu seen in the screenshot below.
Similarly, if you are using Multiple OneFile Centres and a qualification is found in more than one centre, you will need to choose which from centre you want to link the qualification.

Although an automatic refresh will occur every day, if the qualifications or pathways have been added very recently please ensure you have manually use the Refresh Qualification Links button as explained in OneFile Integration in PICSWeb. |
