Selecting Imports from the side menu will open the Imports page, which displays a list of import files. By default, the list will be filtered to show only those with Pending status. For each file, the following details are shown:
Name – If an individual record has been created from the import, this column will display a link to the corresponding record summary.
Type – This indicates which type of record will be created from the import file.
Date and time of upload
ID Code
Status – This indicates which stage of the import process has been reached. The following statuses are available:
Pending – This means that the data for an individual record has been imported, but you still need to Create the Record.
Complete – This means that either an individual or multiple records have been created from the import file.
