Before reading this guidance, please ensure you have read and understood Completing Applicant Target Scans.

The Target Scans tab in the Applicant Summary shows the results of any target scans taken during the applicants journey. Target scans allow either the Learner (Applicant), Assessor or Employer to measure their progress in the Scope Items.

Filtering the Scan List

The options to search the scan list by Title and by Number of Records are available from above the list. Once you have made your choices, press Enter or select the Search icon to run the search and apply your filters.

Target Scan Actions

Selecting the Add Scan button will open a window where you can Create a New Target Scan.

  • Summary – This will open the corresponding Target Scan Summary. This is where you can Complete the Scan and if previously completed, view answers.

  • Edit – This will open a window where you can Edit the Scan.

  • Delete – You will be prompted to confirm before the scan is deleted.
