This section is only available if you have the eAssessor licence for PICSWeb Portfolio.

If you need to log any additional Off the Job Hours for a piece of evidence, you can use the Log Off the Job Hours button in the Evidence Details section of the Evidence Summary. This button will appear if no OTJ hours were recorded when you Uploaded the Evidence.

Selecting this will open the window shown below, where you can edit the following details:

  • When

  • For how long – Here you can specify the duration of the OTJ time in Hours and Minutes.

  • Time Span

  • Contact Type

  • Notes

Once you are finished, select Save to log the hours. These will be added to the learner’s Contact and Learning Hours tab in their Delivery Plan.

Editing Logged OTJ Hours

If you logged some OTJ hours when you Uploaded the Evidence, or already used the Log Off the Job Hours button, the number of hours will be displayed in the Evidence Details section with an Edit icon.

Selecting this icon will open a window where you can edit the following details for the existing Contact Hours record:

  • Date

  • Time

  • Time Span

  • Contact Type

  • On Job Type – Here you can specify whether the hours were On the Job or Off the Job.

  • Planned Hours – Here you can specify the planned duration in Hours and Minutes.

  • Actual Hours – Here you can specify the actual duration in Hours and Minutes.

  • Officer

  • Qualification

  • Location

  • Notes

Once you have finished, select Save to confirm your changes or Cancel to discard them.
