This guidance only applies to your ILR learners on FM36 Programmes.

Note

If an apprentice's employment is terminated, they must return to employment within 30 days, in order to be eligible to continue being funded.

If an apprentice doesn’t return to employment within 30 days, then they must be withdrawn from the apprenticeship programme.

If a learner's employer changes during their programme, you will need to change certain fields in their ILR Summary to ensure that this change is reported accurately to the ESFA.
