Full name
Status – This will be either Live or Dormant, Suspended, Disabled, Deleted, or Pending
Username – This is the name the user uses to login to PICS. This will be set as their Email Address by default. Selecting the Edit icon here will allow you to edit the username.
Two Factor Authentication – This indicates whether the user has set up Two Factor Authentication for their account.
Email Address – Selecting this will open a new email to the address in your email server. Selecting Check Suppression Status will check whether PICS is suppressing this email address for any reason.
User Group – Selecting this will take you to the User Group Summary page.
User Type – This indicates whether the user is a Full, Light or WebForm Only user.

Officer – This is the Officer record linked to your user account.
