This guidance is for Learner Accounts in PICSWeblearners using PICSWeb Portfolio. As this system can be customised by your training provider, you may not have access to all of the areas described in this help. Please ask your training provider if you are experiencing any issues with the system. |
The Vacancies tab shows any vacancies that you are applying or have applied for. Vacancies can be found using the Job Search.

For each vacancy, the following details are shown:
Vacancy title
Started date
Ended date
CV Sent date
Application Sent date
Outcome
Selecting the … icon by any vacancy in this list will show an option to go to the corresponding Vacancy Summary.
Filtering the List
The following options are available to control what information is shown in the tab. Once you have made any changes, select the Search icon to refresh the list.
Sort By – Here you can choose how you want to sort the list of vacancies.
Tags – Here you can restrict the list to vacancies with certain tags. You can choose to search for vacancies with Any Of, All Of or None Of the tags added to this field.
100 Records – This drop-down menu allows you to choose how many vacancies are displayed in the page.
Exporting the List
If you want to save a copy of this list, select More > Export to Excel to save a spreadsheet version of the list to your device.
